Terms of Service

By booking an appointment at LOCKS & LASHES , you agree to the following terms:

 

Appointments & Scheduling

All appointments must be booked in advance. New clients may be asked to submit photos or schedule a consultation to ensure the correct service is booked.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to offer the spot to another guest. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a rebooking fee.

 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your full service or may need to reschedule your appointment. Please communicate if you’re running behind.

 

Payment Methods

I accept cash, major debit and credit cards, and Apple Pay through my secure Square contactless system.

 

Refunds & Redos

All services are non-refundable. However, your satisfaction is important to me. If you have concerns about your results, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can make it right.

 

Guest Policy

To maintain a calm and focused environment, we kindly ask that you arrive alone to your appointment. 

Health & Safety

If you’re feeling unwell or have been recently exposed to illness, please reschedule your appointment. We maintain a clean, sanitized studio for the safety and comfort of all guests.

 

Photos & Social Media

I love sharing my work and celebrating my clients’ hair goals! We may take photos or short videos before, during, or after your appointment for portfolio use and social media. If you’d prefer not to be photographed, just let us know, we always respect your privacy.
