where are you located?
We are located inside our home-based salon at 150 Sheep River Cove.Look for the red fence in the front yard.
will my hair look exactly like my inspiration photo?
Inspiration photos are a great starting point to help communicate your vision but every head of hair is unique. Your results will depend on your hair's starting point, previous color history, texture, and overall health. Sometimes it may take multiple appointments to safely reach your goal. We'll always walk you through what's realistic for your hair and create a plan that protects its integrity while getting you as close as possible to the look you love.
do you take before & after photos or videos?
Yes! We love celebrating your hair journey. Photos and videos may be taken before, during or after your appointment for use on social media and marketing platforms. If you ever prefer not to be photographed or tagged, just let me know, your comfort always comes first
when should I wash my hair after my appointment?
It's best to wait at least 24 hours after your chemical service
do you offer consultations?
Yes! If you're new or considering a big change, we offer complimentary consultations so we can talk through your goals before booking a full service.
what is your re-do policy?
If you’re ever unhappy, please reach out within 7 days. We're always happy to make adjustments so you’re satisfied. Due to the artistic nature of hair services, We do not offer refunds.
Please note: a re-do is different from changing your mind or disliking a result that was delivered as agreed upon.
